Among the shoulder injuries depicted are: Partial delaminating tear of the supraspinatus tendon, infraclavicular bone spur causing impingement on the supraspinatus muscle tendon, tendinopathy of the supraspinatus, subscapularis and Infraspinatus tendons. Also there is adhesive capsulitis. The surgical procedure shows resection of the distal clavicle. Manipulation of the shoulder is done to brake the adhesions and increase mobility of the shoulder.
