This exhibit depicts multiple steps of this surgery. the pre-operative condition image shows disc bulges at L1-2, L3-4, L3-4 and L5-S1, and disc herniation at L4-5. Surgical steps shown include the left side incision, removal of the L4-L5 disc, insertion of implant, lower back incision, and placement of pedicle screws, rods, and bone graft posteriorly to complete the fusion.
