This image is an interpretation of an x-ray of the lumbar spine which shows PEEK structural allografts packed with bone graft inserted into L2-3 and L3-4 intervertebral space. There is an insert showing a posterior view of the spine that better shows there has been left sided laminotomies, foraminotomies and medial facetectomies at L2-3 and L3-4. Also hardware is seen placed on the spinous process of L2, L3, and L4.
