Right Ankle Fracture with Surgical Fixation - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This poster exhibit depicts a fracture of the distal fibula and a fracture of the medial malleolus of the tibia (bimalleolar fracture). Two incisions are made, laterally a plate is affixed to the fibula with multiple screws and two other screws are placed medially to fixate the medial malleolus.
