Cervical Spine Injuries - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This exhibit consist of two images showing normal head and neck anatomy versus an anatomical drawing of the head and neck depicting fatal injuries to the cervical spine. The injuries are: a fracture dislocation of the atlanto-occipital region, laceration of the brainstem and crushing of the cervical cord.
