Fracture and Malunion of the Right 5th Metatarsal - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This illustrations depicts an avulsion of the base of the fifth metatarsal bone where the peroneus brevis muscle tendon attaches. The fractured fragments healed forming a prominent exostosis causing pain and irritation in the area.
