Multiple Chest and Back Fractures - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This exhibit features three skeletal views of the ribcage and thoracic spine illustrating all the various fractures in this case. First, one anterior view of the ribcage depicts with the lungs shown within the chest between the ribs. This image reveals the comminuted fracture of the superior aspect of the sternum, as well as the right sided pneumothorax. The second image reveals a posterior view of the ribcage and the thoracic spine. This image shows the multiple left and right sided rib fracture, the multiple transverse process fractures and the disruption of the thoracic spine at the T10, T11 level. Finally, one sagittal (side cut-away) view of the thoracic spine further illustrates the various spine fractures. This image shows the burst fracture of T11, the anterior superior vertebral body fracture at T12 and the fracture of T6. The displacement of the fracture site at T11 also reveals the transection of the spinal cord at this level.

Your illustrators are not only first-class artists, but creative and responsive. Your turn around time is as good as it gets. My clients have won over $60 million in jury verdicts and I can't recall a case which did not include one of your exhibits. On behalf of those clients, thanks and keep up the great work!"
