This stock medical exhibit begins with a sagittal view of the cervical spine showing the pre-operative condition with a failed fusion at C5-6 and loosening of the previously placed fusion plate and screws. The remaining images describe multiple steps of the surgical repair, including the neck incision and removal of previously placed hardware, removal of unfused bone, placement of a PEEK cage, and fixation with an anterior plate and four screws. Finally, a lateral X-ray shows the post-operative condition.
