Left Shoulder Impingement Syndrome with Arthroscopic Decompression Surgery - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This stock medical exhibit depicts left shoulder impingement syndrome with arthroscopic decompression surgery. The exhibit begins with an anterior skeletal view of the left shoulder region illustrating the pre-operative condition. This image shows the overgrowth of the anterior aspect of the acromion causing compression of the underlying bursal tissue and supraspinatus rotator cuff tendon. A square drawn around the region of the AC joint corresponds with two enlarged views of this area of her injury. These two square insets compare normal anatomy with the pre-operative condition. Also, three steps of the arthroscopic decompression procedure are illustrated. The steps shown are the insertion of instruments, the removal of the bursa and the debriding of the acromion.

What attorneys say about MLA and The Doe Report:
"Thank you very much for the great work on the medical exhibits. Our trial resulted in a $16 million verdict for a 9 year old boy with catastrophic injuries, and the medical illustrations definitely played key role in the trial."

David Cutt
Brayton Purcell

"[Your staff] was extremely efficient, cooperative and gracious and [their] efforts produced a demonstrative exhibit that we used effectively throughout our trial. The jury verdict of $3,165,000.00 was, in no small measure, due to the impact of the demonstrative evidence. You may be sure that we will call again."

"The Doe Report's Do-It-Yourself Exhibits program enables easy customization of complex medical exhibits at a reasonable expense and in a timely manner. Practically speaking, custom medical exhibits are no longer an unthinkable luxury, but a routine necessity."

Jack S. Cohen

"I just wanted to let you know that after several days on trial, I settled [my client's] construction accident case for $4.5 million. Immediately after the jury was discharged, I spoke with several jurors who told me that they really appreciated the medical illustrations for their clarity in dealing with [my client's] devastating injuries. They also expressed their gratitude in being able to read from a distance all of the notations without difficulty. Obviously, the boards were visually persuasive. I am certain that this contributed to our successful result."
