Obesity Surgery - Stomach Staple (Nissen Fundoplication Procedure). This custom medical exhibit features several detailed views of the abdomen and stomach during a typical Nissen Fundoplication (stomach stapling) procedure. Specific to this particular case are the added presence of a hiatal ring hernia, and an incidental injury to the esophagus which were both repaired during the surgery.
