This medical exhibit depicts the anatomy of the cervical vertebrae from an antero-lateral (front, turned slightly) view. It features a silhouette overview of the skull and cervical vertebrae labeling each of the seven cervical bones. Three detailed enlargements feature full views of the C1 (atlas), C2 (axis), and C3 vertebra. Labels identify the cervical vertebrae, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7, C1 (atlas), C2 (axis) and C3.
