Cirugía de la espina dorsal - C6-7 Disectomía cervical anterior (disquetomía) y fusión de la espina dorsal con la placa Synthes. Muestra un disco intervertebral (vertebral) C6-7 con posterior aparición de hernia. Pasos de la cirugía: 1. El cirujano hace una incisión en el cuello; 2. Retiro del tejido del disco dañado usando pinzas para hipófisis; 3. Colecta de un injerto óseo de la cresta ilíaca derecha; 4 Colocación del injerto óseo entre las placas extremas de C6 y C7; y 5. Fijación de la placa Synthes entre las vértebras usando cuatro tornillos.

and he spent at least an hour explaining to the jury the anatomy of the
