This surgical exhibit reveals the following: 1. Anterior Post-accident view of the bones of the left foot and ankle revealing a spiral type, displaced fracture of the distal fibula. Additionally, a complete tear of the medial deltoid ligament is also shown, 2. Lateral (side) view of the surgical incision, 3. Lateral intra-operative view during placement of a plate and multiple screws. Final anterior view of the bones and hardware following fibular fixation.
