This full color stock medical exhibit depicts traumatic right hip fractures sustained in an accident that subsequently resulted in the need for surgical fixation. A series of images illustrate the pre-operative condition with a subtrochanteric fracture of the right femur, the incision over the fracture site in the lateral hip, the insertion of the fixation hardware and the patient's post-operative skeletal condition.
