This exhibit consist of three images which shows in detail the tip of the PICC catheter passing through the superior vena cava and slipped down within the right atrium and making contact against the atrial wall causing complete erosion of the wall, fluids begins to escape into the pericardial sac and subsequently causing compression of the heart (cardiac tamponade).
