Surgical Repairs of Right Foot - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This exhibit depicts a traumatic injury to the right foot which shows a complex degloving injury, ankle dislocation, avulsion of fifth ray, cuneiform and navicular fractures and amputation of 1st to 4th digits. Also illustrated are the initial surgical repairs which include debridement of the wound, amputation of the heads of the 1st through 4th metatarsals and application of a vacuum assisted closure device.
