This stock medical exhibit features the following multiple images: 1. Pre-operative condition of the thorax and lungs with multiple cancerous lymph node nodules and dense adhesions bilaterally, 2. Bilateral (clamshell) incision exposing the left and right lungs with dissection of adhesions, 3. inset of a nodule being isolated with a linear stapler, 4. Wedge resection and removal of the nodule from the lung tissue.
