Radial Osteotomy Revision Surgery - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing

This exhibit illustrates a corrective surgical procedure after prior effort of wrist fracture fixation using only pins and putty had collapsed. Here, a tricortical bone graft harvested from the iliac crest is used restore normal length and palmar tilt. A plate and multiple screws are also placed to secure fixation.
