This medical exhibit features a lateral full body silhouette image of a male figure revealing the skeletal anatomy as well as the lungs within the ribcage and the bladder and rectum within the pelvis. This image provides an overall orientation to the various injuries including the displaced thoracic spine fractures, the multiple left sided posterior rib fractures, the underlying hemothorax and the sternum fracture. Also, the color of the lower body from the spinal fracture site down to the feet is shown faded to grey to symbolize the resulting paraplegia.
