This stock medical exhibit pictures lumbar spine injuries with triple level surgical fusion in seven illustrations. The first two illustrations depict the pre-operative condition. These display disc herniations at L4-5 and L3-4, as well as a facet arthropathy fracture at L5-S1. The third illustration shows a retroperitoneal incision being made.
