This stock medical exhibit depicts multiple right foot fractures with surgical fixation. The first images show the post-accident condition, with swelling and pain, a 4-5 cm laceration, and fractures/dislocations of all five metatarsals. The next images describe the surgery, including two incisions, and the insertions of multiple K-wires to reduce the fractures. This exhibit also features a post-operative x-ray showing the fractures reduced and the K-wires in place.
