This stock medical exhibit depicts a fracture and subsequent surgical fixation of the right radius. The first two illustrations show the fracture, before surgical repair, from a lateral and anterior viewpoint. The third illustration shows the fixation procedure, in which a 5-hole plate and multiple screws are used to fix the fracture. There is also an inset showing the post-operative condition.
